SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped by Australia Post within two business days of us receiving your order. Shipping times will vary depending on your delivery address and shipping choices. Below outlines the estimated delivery times:

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email update with tracking information.
RETURNS
We pride ourselves on producing high-quality products, and we work hard to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please choose your products carefully, as we do not issue refunds for change of mind.
Prefer a slightly different colour? No problem. We will happily provide an exchange or gift voucher for products that are returned to and received by us within 21 days of purchase.
In order to process your return, the product(s) must;
- Be in their original condition
- Not have been used, worn, damaged, stained or washed
- Not have been altered
- Include all original tags and packaging
If you wish to process a return, please contact us with your order details including name, address and order number and we will help you as promptly as we can.
Please note, you are responsible for all shipping costs to return the product to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We encourage you to use a tracked delivery method to reduce the likelihood of the item being lost. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will receive credit to the value of the products original purchase value (excluding shipping) as store credit.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY? Oh no!
We’re just as upset. We pride ourselves on providing you with high-quality products, always. We will replace your item with priority.
If your product(s) are faulty or damaged when you receive them, please contact us immediately at hello@darkwhite.co so that we can organise you a replacement.
Rest assured, for faulty products we will reimburse you for delivery charges to return the product to us, up to the value of AUD$20.
