Our linen is proudly made in Belgium using family craftsmanship that extends over 150 years.

Belgian linen is known to be the finest quality in the world.

Our flax is grown in the optimal climates of Belgium, France and The Netherlands. 

Belgian Linen is a registered trademark and the ultimate hallmark of quality. It is only available when linen is made in Belgium from at least 85% European flax. This means the entire manufacturing process from flax to textile is made locally.

Linen manufactured in other regions of the world is often of inferior quality.

Pillowcases, duvet covers and flat sheets are all 155 GSM, however the fitted sheets are slightly thicker at 175 GSM for added durability where it's needed most.

Yes, all our linen is proudly OEKO-TEX certified.

We are proud that we do not use chemicals during our softening and finishing processes, but instead use only mechanical treatments.

Enzyme washing and stone washing are harmful to the environment, and not something we support.

We do however use chemicals for dye and bleaching processes as the chemical-free alternatives are not yet suitable for linen. It is a requirement of our finishing partners to purify all water before releasing back into the ecosystem.

The flax plant is known as a sustainable fibre, but what other linen brands might not tell you is the truth behind their manufacturing process and use of chemical pollutants. Our manufacturer is proudly carbon neutral. 

We as a company are not yet CO2 certified, however our manufacturer is. We have also carefully selected suppliers that are also C02 certified, like our packaging and shipping partners! This means we're one step closer to the certification we need here in Australia. 

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here with standard shipping will take 3-7 business days to arrive. Express shipment will take 1-2 business days to arrive. 

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. 

We are currently shipping to Australia and New Zealand as the bed sizes in other countries differ and will not suit our linen. 

Duty and important charges may differ in your country. Any applicable duty and/or import charges will need to be paid by you. This often happens on arrival into the country, or in some instances after delivery.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

Prefer a slightly different colour? No problem. We will happily provide an exchange or gift voucher for products that are returned to and received by us within 21 days of purchase.
